i liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful. location was excellent, i could easily find my way around. my bed was very comfortable, and the room was overall very good.

the location is perfect and near many attractions. flat iron steakhouse is a few minutes walk. covent garden and the theatres are so close, it was very simple to get to them.

amazing location nice staff clean room small room price drop old pillows

the location was amazing!!! i could walk to so many places. the staff were also really nice and helpful with directions. the room was super clean too, which i really appreciated.

My room was really small. i almost had to climb over the bed to get to the other side! the price dropped right after i booked it, a bummer. the pillows could use an update. They seemed a bit old.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Having coffee and hot chocolate available in the room was very nice. Food ordering being available 24/7 was a appreciated service.

The room I stayed in felt noisy at times. I could hear people in the corridors, and it disrupted my sleep. Many central accommodations seem to have minimal space.

the location worked well for my itinerary it was close to many attractions. i found the bed comfortable after a long day of exploring. the shower was clean and easy to use. i appreciated the 24/7 reception desk as i arrived late.

the room was smaller than i expected i had some difficulty maneuvering with my luggage.
